Motivating and works great for me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After reading some of the reviews for this product, I was a little nervous about the assembly. Fortunately, all the parts were included, and it went pretty smoothly. I do understand about the plastic back brace support being a bit challenging. One screw went in perfectly, while the other one kept turning and seemed stripped. I used a vise grip to hold the bottom of the screw while tightening the nut with the wrench provided. This worked out well, but be sure to pick the right height for you before screwing in the back brace. It will take much more time to have to switch holes and it might be less secure when done. As for the product: I love it! I had a tower that had a side for pull-ups, a side for dips, and floor handles for push-ups. It took up way too much space, so I had to get rid of it. This is great! I can put it up and leave it, or I can take it down and hide it away somewhere. It's very convenient. At least I'm using it! They also include a 3 month membership for online workouts. Being in the fitness industry for over 20 years, I skipped it. After using it religiously for about a month now, I can say I really appreciate it. I do put it up and down every day, so I've noticed the foam wearing a bit, but otherwise it's remarkably sturdy. My door frames are old and sharp, so I don't think it would have happened on a newer frame. I was surprised how well it worked on the old door frame. I'm 5'5 and weigh about 155lbs. I love it, and I've been consistent using it! It's a win win!

The perfect bar

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked this pull up bar. I previously had a pull up bar, but it would always fall off the door frame. I’m glad this one has the durability and strength needed while still being comfortable. Assembly was super easy! Highly recommend

Convenient & challenging!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this pull up bar as part of a promotional review. It was super quick to build and use pretty much every where in our home. It was such a challenge to try and get even 1pull up done! I took one star off as the quality of the item did seem a little cheap but overall it did not take away from the integrity or purpose of the item.

Sturdy and Versatile

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing you should know about this pull up bar is that there is some assembly required. It is not a difficult build or very time consuming, but if you are not inclined in that area it could be a small issue. The pull up bar itself feels very solid and stable. It has lightly cushioned padding for comfort and to aid in grip. You can use it in the doorway to do pull ups using different hand positions, as well as placing it on the floor to aid in doing pushups. In my opinion this is a good piece of equipment to add to your workout routines.

Me permite ahorrar espacio, ya que puedo hacer dominadas, flexiones, fondos y dominadas con este dispositivo. En cuanto a la calidad, está muy bien construido y es muy sólido
