[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these sandbags!! I use them to help add grip strength while doing curls or extensions. They are awesome for travel. Easy to pack.
I also bought a second pair of these to use at school. We are teaching health and wellness this quarter and these sandbags are a lot safer for the kids (2nd - 5th grade) to use than dumbbells. The children think they are super fun!!

Never used sand bags before but these have been such fun to use with the app workouts and as replacements. They help a lot with stability and grip.
