I love to use these sandbags in place of dumbbells or kettlebells to work on my grip strength. My dog has gotten ahold of them and they didn’t even tear. Great product.

Centr brand has the fitness and health conscious consumer in mind. These 8 lb Sand Bag weights are well made, the right weight (depending on fitness level) to add a nice starting weigh to your fitness routine. There disc like shape allows flex ability of use during floor exercises. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend this product to others.
