Great workout solution!

While doing all my normal weight exercises, I can concurrently work on my grip strength and finger strengthening! There are so many unique exercises you can do with these strong, durable, high-quality sand bags. These have been a really cool and effective addition to my workout routine! Grip strength translates to so many important tasks in life, and it's an often neglected area in workouts. So this has been such a great solution. Up your game and impress everyone at the gym with your grip strength!

Solid sand bags

Great for kids too

So much versatility!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I love these sand bag weights. We can do more exercises/physical activities with them then normal dumbbells or hard weights. We even throw them back and forth to each other for some cardio exercises. It's easy to hold both of them while exercising. My wife does "russian twists" ab exercises holding both of them and now has no fear that she may drop a hard dumbbell onto herself.

Convenient for Lightweight Workouts

They're convenient to have around for when I don't make it to the gym and are stackable when storing, they can be a little awkward when lifting because the sand shifts a bit but not a whole lot.
