Tough enough to stuff (with 30 lbs of sand)!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Outstanding quality. This bag is solidly made. Each sandbag is double Velcroed with the strongest Velcro I ever saw. Then the two bags fit in the main bag and close with an industrial zipper and then another Velcro. There are seven very strong rubber coated hands to allow for an infinite # of maneuvers. This thing will never leak sand or break.

Good for home gym

My hand started hurting, and I feel like blisters are coming soon. the uses for the bag are unlimited, though from squats to lunges to running with it to curling you can really do everything with the bag
