If you have problems with resistance bands rolling, try these ones! So far they’ve been great for actually staying where I want them and not rolling.

I received these to use to help strengthen my knees. Other elastic bands weren't doing the job. These have helped so much in my physical therapy to help reduce the inflammation in my knees.

I don’t feel comfortable at times when I do my traveling for work or personal to go down to a hotel gym I pack these in my suitcase. And take them everywhere. They don’t take up any room in my suitcase. They are so easy to use and boy can I get those muscles burning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are instrumental when I’m traveling. I’ll toss them into my backpack and do a quick 10-15 min banded workout in the morning right in my hotel room. It helps you get active with little weight and all utility!
