[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These resistance bands are such a high quality band! They are woven and have 3 different resistance bands in the pack. They are just what I needed to add to my workouts! It also comes with access to their own personal app which is truly amazing!

They are made of thick durable material that won't break easy. I love the different resistance options because it challenges me and I can use them for different workouts. Well worth the buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these bands. Not only do they help deliver the burn, but the quality and look of these is excellent. The color palette is such a welcome change from the often bold colored bands on the market and the fabric is soft and durable. These are thicker than most other brands and I like that they provide a bit more resistance between each one. I've made these an integral part of my routine and am already feeling the impact. Excited to use more Centr fitness accessories!

There are three different "weight" options for every workout level. They make exercise fun and exciting. It also came with a subscription to the Centr app for exercises, which I just adored.

These anti-slip cloth bands are a huge upgrade over traditional rubber ones. Much more comfortable and they don’t pinch or slide. Highly recommend!!
