Great resistance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel like I got a good workout with the Centr fabric resistance bands. I definitely felt it in my legs. I like that they are made of fabric because they feel more comfortable. The grips on the inside prevent them from sliding off.i like the neutral colors. I would recommend them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Centr Fabric Resistance Bands are very sturdy and well-made. They are made of heavy duty fabric and are very wide. It comes with 3 bands - light, medium and wide resistance in 3 different colors. There is grippy latex on the inside of the bands to keep them in place. You can download the Centr app to exercise with the bands.

They did smell a little weird out of the box but after a wash they were fine. I like using them while I work to get my body going since I sit all day.

The inside features a grippy material to help them stay in place. They don't take up much space and are portable. They are a good addition to any routine.

Great workout tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't one to typically use fabric bands in my workout but since my boxing coach introduced me to these types of bands, I see the benefit! They're really good for legs and glute exercises and really challenge you. The set comes with light, medium, and heavy bands so you can work up as you build muscle.

Very resistant

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These fabric resistant bands come in 3 different colors. Each one has different levels of resistance. I’m still on the lighter band. It was little difficult at first, but it’s getting easier to use as I use it. Hopefully I’ll be using the medium band soon.
