I love my new dishwasher

We bought our new dishwasher before Christmas and we're so glad we got it before the holidays. It is very easy to use and quiet. We would recommend it to other families.

Washes well but a few quirks

My wife and I bought this dishwasher a few weeks ago. It washes well which is the most important thing but has a few quirks I don't like. The quirks are that the top rack does not seem to be laid out as effectively as it could has been. Some of the rows are spaced well but the row on the right is double wide. In theory it makes putting bigger items in easier but bigger items typically go on the lower rack. I would rather have 5 normal size rows up top rather than 3 normal size rows and one extra big size row. One other quirk that I am not a fan of is that the door either stays open 4" or is latched closed. Other dishwasher doors can hold themselves mostly closed without latching which allows them to air out without gaping open. Still overall a good product that should last us many years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not cleaning

Bought just this month because of the good reviews. Worked the first time then started having problems after. Dishes were not cleaned, glasses have marks on them and were oily even if you put rinse aid. After a cycle, the dishwasher pod was just stuck in between the dishes, same thing happens even if we run it again. Will definitely be returning this.

Awful connection. Very poor designed. Uses 3/4 connection (should be 3/8) and makes the line kink due to poor location. Had to buy an elbow (should come with the elbow since it’s designed so stupid).

It’s incredibly frustrating when something as basic as the right fittings aren’t included, and having to buy additional parts like an elbow just to make it work is definitely not ideal.
