[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The "shutting off" system is very strange - as in it has no simple "power off". The bottom rack for plates is designed for the spinning cleaning action to hit the back of the plates, not the front, though it seems to still clean them. We are pleased with its quietness.

Overall, really like it. Gets dishes really clean. Not quite as deep as our old one but well organized. Very quiet!

Great so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this unit installed about 10 days ago and have used it several times. I am pleased so far. Not an expensive unit and I didn’t want anything that costs a lot because you just don’t know how long things will last. I use the Quick cycle because I don’t have a lot of dirty dishes. This unit is very quiet and I love that part the most! Does a good job getting dishes clean.
