I struggled with hearing amplifiers for a couple of years. While they helped a little, I still found them lacking in the sound richness of listening to music or a movie soundtrack. Also, the fit of the devices were never really comfortable. My wife endured a lot of "what's", "excuse Me's" and can you repeat that's" until she was ready to tear her hair out. I finally went for a hearing Test and confirmed my hearing problems. Now the challenge was finding an affordable hearing aid. Which I knew was near to impossible, considering the prices my Audiologist had quoted. Fortunately, OTC hearing aids had just become available, and seemed to be a great alternative. After doing my due diligence on what was available, I decided on the Lexie B1 and ordered from their website. It arrived in just a few days, and I've worn it ever since. Everything sounds better now. Music and voices are clearer and richer and I'm hearing sounds that I was missing before. The device is easy to use and very comfortable. In fact, most of the time I forget I'm wearing it. The app is also extremely easy to use and makes adjustments very simple. If you're looking to purchase an OTC hearing aid, do yourself a favor and give Lexie a try. You won't be disappointed.

This is my 4th pair of OTC hearing aids some (pairs) just under, one (pair) just over the price point of the B1 Lexies, all in the past 45 days, since the FCC approved opening the market for OTC sales of hearing devices.

I feel so much better using these hearing aids. They are comfortable and easy to adjust. The phone calls to check on how they are working for me are a nice surprise. Thank you. No static!!!!!!!!

I found the hearing aids to be very good but need to be able to adjust the volume and levels of different frequency ranges separately for each each ear.

These are fantastic hearing aids, that are also so comfortable! I never thought I would be able to afford ones of such good quality. I’ve tried others and they hurt my ears and I couldn’t wear them for longer than an hour or two. I can wear my Lexie’s all day long!

Very fast ordering and shipment! There is definitely a learning curve with my (first set of) hearing aids but that's normal. They work very well and I am now getting used to them. I have gotten followup calls from Lexie inquiring about how I am doing with my new aids, I appreciate that greatly.

My aides besides providing excellent capture of sound are enjoyable to wear. Once they are operational I totally forget they are in my ears. At days end I have on occasion forgotten to take them off. The App is a great tool for total enjoyment. FK
