[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dome packages include both open and closed plus small, medium, and large. In short, even though the user may have determined correct sizing and only need open domes in medium, the user must waste money buying domes you don’t need.

Over the years, I have own many hearing aid and/or hearing amplifiers. Since birth, my ear-drums are flat and doesn't reflex sound very good. I also have some moderate hearing lost in both ears. Left side tends to be better than right.
After a few weeks to fine tune things, I love several things:
* Battery Life is a little over 3 days, which is great!
* Double-latch for the battery compartment. Prevent battery for falling out.
* Mobile app is friendly and easy to use. Independent Left/Right controls would be nicer vs. panning.
* Not an amplifier, actually hearing aid
* Great sound, some random clicking. Could be my glasses.
* Great price-point
