[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second pair and we have been pleased with quality and sound. My 90 year old mother lost one and that is the only reason we had to buy a second pair of the battery operated hearing aids. She is unable to change the batteries herself due to hand tremors but when we tried the rechargeable set she was unable to turn those back on after charging. They automatically turn off when placed in charging case and the only way to turn back on is the very small and hard to push volume down button on the back. She can’t do that. That is my only issue and I feel that all the manufacturers need to think about older customers with health or mental decline when designing.
