My hearing has slowly begun to fail over the years so I had my wife order me a pair of these hoping to gain a small portion of my hearing back. This product has gone above and beyond its advertising, I can not only hear far better than before but I'm actually hearing sounds id forgotten I couldn't hear.

They have many custom settings for different environments. There is no difference from the ones costing much more at my audiologist.
