In general I am happy with my Lexie B1s. However, they seemingly amplify background noise more than voices from the TV or people I am having a conversation with. None of the various preprogrammed settings, noisy environment, etc., make any difference. As long as the there is little background noise ( someone working in the kitchen or simply turning the page of a newspaper) they are fine.

The amazing things about my new Lexi Pros are that I didn’t need a medical referral and they didn’t cost me thousands of dollars. The app makes it possible for me to adjust the volume as needed and I’ve been crazy impressed with the responsiveness of the customer support team.

I was intending to buy the Lexie Lumens, but these were on sale for less! I am extremely happy with them and withheld one star simply because MY phone is incompatible with the software. (Besides, nobody actually reads 5 star reviews anyway). It's almost sad when I have to remove them at the end of the day, and remember how much of life I'd been missing out on for all those years I DIDN'T have them. DEFINITELY worth the money!
