I have had these for over a month and I really like them. I like how well the phone app works and have found that I can hear voices better than my previous aids which I still use half the time. These are a bargain!

Was hoping to have a good experience with these after having my previous Hearing Aids for 4.5 years (WIDEX). These Lexie Hearing aids are AWESOME at 1/5 the cost. I like the replaceable battery and get 6 days of charge . Sound options on the app are easy to use and are excellent options. Could not be more pleased so far.

I love the rigid ear tubes that don’t flop around. The sound feels completely normal to me. The app software isn’t the best I’ve used. The terminology they use is awkward.

My Lexie B1 Bose aids are working well for me and I am glad that I bought them. Lexie support service helped me early on when I had bent the connecting wires on both hearing aids (my fault) and they sent me replacement wires with an assortment of new domes. I have been very satisfied with my Lexie service and hearing aids!

This product is wonderful. I no longer have to shout over a blasting TV. We can have a conversation without repeating myself over and over. He can have normal conversations over the phone.
The only detriment is that the on/off functionality is to open the battery compartment. This is impossible for my husband as he has no use of his left arm / hand. And clumsy even for me. An on/off switch on the unit would be a great enhancement.

I am surprised/dismayed at the frequency at which I need to change the batteries. Over time, that's going to be a very expensive proposition. Additionally, with Bose technology, I expected better sound quality. While the hearing aids make most sounds louder, there is no improvements whatsoever in clarity. Conversations with people who have soft voices, or who mumble a bit, are not improved even marginally. I don't think my money was well spent on these hearing aids.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Lexie B1's were a replacement for 10-year-old prescription hearing aids that were no longer effective and were not sufficiently adjustable for my 80-year-old ears. Initially, out of the box and at default environmental settings, the B1's were remarkably effective with live human voices. In the home, in restaurants, in the car, I no longer had to ask for repeats. I use the open domes and they are very comfortable. Unlike my previous aids which had the receivers in the main unit, the B1's have receivers in the ear and connects with a stiff wire to the unit behind the ear. I find the stiffer connection much easier to insert into the ear canal than the soft plastic tube that connected my old units.
Television audio has been a problem for me for many years. I created special B1settings for the TV that worked well for news readers, sports announcers, etc., but I still struggled with conversational dialog. Modern TV's have terrible audio, so we bought a sound bar for the TV. That made a big difference. I now have B1 settings for the TV that work for most types of programming.
I am getting about 5 twelve-hour days out of a pair of batteries. I really dislike the jarring "battery low" voice announcement that comes blaring through every few minutes when the batteries have a few hours left. Why can't it be a tone or a chime that doesn't demand attention? If I don't change the batteries right away, I have to listen to that annoying announcement every few minutes.
One other nit. The Lexie app on my iPhone never fully comes up after having turned off the hearing aids either overnight or to change batteries. It always hangs up part way and has to be shut down and restarted. Once the app is up, it will restart every time.
Overall, I am happy with my purchase, the B1's are very effective for my age-related hearing problems.
