I've been looking for a quality hearing aid since I lost one of my expensive ones last year. I've bought other OTC hearing aids before and the experience was miserable. This product is exactly as described. It is one of the most compact behind the hear hearing aids I found and the tech is excellent. Every feature most people will ever need and the app works easily on my Android phone. I am very pleased. Battery usage is a bit higher than my other ones but that is ok
