This product is wonderful. I no longer have to shout over a blasting TV. We can have a conversation without repeating myself over and over. He can have normal conversations over the phone.
The only detriment is that the on/off functionality is to open the battery compartment. This is impossible for my husband as he has no use of his left arm / hand. And clumsy even for me. An on/off switch on the unit would be a great enhancement.

My Lexie B1 Bose aids are working well for me and I am glad that I bought them. Lexie support service helped me early on when I had bent the connecting wires on both hearing aids (my fault) and they sent me replacement wires with an assortment of new domes. I have been very satisfied with my Lexie service and hearing aids!

I love the rigid ear tubes that don’t flop around. The sound feels completely normal to me. The app software isn’t the best I’ve used. The terminology they use is awkward.

Was hoping to have a good experience with these after having my previous Hearing Aids for 4.5 years (WIDEX). These Lexie Hearing aids are AWESOME at 1/5 the cost. I like the replaceable battery and get 6 days of charge . Sound options on the app are easy to use and are excellent options. Could not be more pleased so far.

I have had these for over a month and I really like them. I like how well the phone app works and have found that I can hear voices better than my previous aids which I still use half the time. These are a bargain!

My Lexie with Bose technology is not my first experience woth hearing aids. I prefer my Lexie's over my audiologist-provided aids because of the clarity of sound and the ability to customize to my preferences. However, being a veteran of standard hearing aid use gives me a good background to take full advantage of the Lexie features. I won't go back to standard.
