Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This AC unit is exactly what we habe been wanting - We turned our garage into a one bedroom apartment for my brother in law, we are his caregivers and we live in the south so it gets pretty hot. We wanted a device we could connect to our phones so that we could always have access to the air unit and keep track of the thermostat. This unit is perfect for us. It took both me and my husband to install it. We followed the instructions completely because we wanted to have it installed all year round. I love the insulation foam it came with to put over the accordion panels. Since it's cooler out now. They work great at keeping the heat in and the cold out. It also is the perfect sized unit to keep his apartment cool. The remote also is very convenient for my brother in law. Definitely recommend!

Ice cold

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an open concept home and the air conditioner will cool my kitchen dining room and living room area effortlessly. I love that it has a remote control I actually keep it by the front door so when I walk in I can adjust the temperature. I have yet to download the app to my phone to control it I plan on doing that later on today which I love that feature in case one of those kids lose the remote I can still control it with my phone while sitting on the couch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This window unit is great! It is easy to instal, and cools a room so quickly!! It keeps the room at a constant temperature and is easy to use. The unit is not as loud as some other units I have used in the past. It is great overall!!

Hands free control with voice command that works with smart assistants or downloadable app. You can direct the airflow with the four way vent. Has automatic restart if there should be a power outage, 24 hour timer. Has a reusable, washable filter.

This not only cools a room quickly, but it also has great features. It has app and voice control. It also has a washable filter you can reuse. It has a built in timer. It restarts automatically if you lose electricity. It runs very well too. I am so impressed. I recommend this 10,000 BTU Smart Window AC - White (E-Star).

Easy Remote Application

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's still winter, but I'm prepared for the sweltering summer that hits my workroom each year, thanks to this TCL air conditioner. Ready out of the box and installed within minutes using the included window expanders and foam seal. While I haven't run it for long since it is still cold here, the air conditioner put out quite a bit of cool air for the time I have run it to test it. For some reason the product did not have a remote in the box as indicated, but no worries because the app was easy to download and makes remote control of the air conditioner simple by phone or through the Google smart speaker. The included accordion expander adds 3"-11" on each side of the window and fit the dormer perfectly in this room. Looking forward to a cool summer!

Easy to install and cools quickly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this because I've got a spare room that doesn't have Central air. It's about 500 ft with 11 ft ceilings and this works fantastic. It quickly cools the entire room and is seriously cold. It was easy to install, I did it by myself and doesn't seem to use much energy. Dual vents help because you can direct them in opposite directions to cool the room down quicker. I live on the southern coast of the US and it reaches 110 or more here during the summer.
