Outstanding appliance

Once we received the products, the microwave has to be my most favorite. It has so many quality features and is so easy to use. I love that it has the racks inside. I thought that GE must have put a woman out there to design this product. Love that the slate is so easy to clean. Love, Love, Love my new microwave!!!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] GE assembled in America. Bought three new GE appliances at one time. All are great with the features they offer and reasonable price as well. As for the microwave itself. My favorite feature is that it has many one touch operation settings, it almost makes it to easy to use. Heats great and evenly. On the quieter side for a microwave. The stove vent fan also works well. Slate color looks great as well. If I had to pick a con on this, which really isn't a problem, but the door releases seem to be really tight. This might just be from it being new though.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Is it possible to LOVE your microwave?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the Slate color/finish. Love the features. Love the ease of use and the ability to interact with the microwave. It actually "talks" to you (not in words but in on screen directions). Probably should have given this a 4+ rating since I have not had it very long, but so far I am totally satisfied in everything I have asked it to do ... defrost (both timed and auto), reheat, cook, etc. Surface lights are nice - not too bright, not too dim. Fan is a lot quieter than my old 19 year old microwave. Hope this one lasts near as long. Slightly larger than I would have liked, but it fits so all is well. Looks good in my galley type kitchen with white cabinets. Instruction manual is well written and easy to understand and follow. Was professionally installed so cannot comment on installation process. I am so totally happy that I am considering the GE Slate Gas Range to replace my present range. (Note: my refrigerator is also GE, which will leave only my dishwasher to replace after the range.

It has a great look shape and color ,it matches the electric range we bought perfectly .Our future plan is to get the refrigerator and dishwasher ,we are hoping they in that color will still be available .

This microwave has great features and works very well. The only option that is a little disappointing is the popcorn feature as there are many unpopped kernals in the bag.
