Control settings were very intuitive and easy to program. Product looks sturdy, i expect this one to last a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave was part of the whole slate group that we purchased when we updated our kitchen. Love the slate color so much, easy to keep clean. Love the auto nite light feature and the option to turn the turntable off/on. Oven is quiet, but exhaust fan is loud. Only feature I miss from my old unit is a " warm-hold" setting. Have always felt the GE appliances are dependable and of excellent quality.

We love the look and features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall we love the product.Problem is this is the second one we have had ,the first was delivered 05/30/2013.It was installed clean up was done.We were asked to look it over after the wrap was removed we found a scratch in the handle.The installers called it in told us to go ahead and use it and they would bring us another one which came on 06/06/2013 sure enough when they removed the wrap there was a scratch in the exact same place,this time they took my suggestion to just ship a new and have them install it.Today is 06/21/2013 and we are still waiting on that handle ?
