Could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our first unit had a faulty control panel but we finally now have a unit that works! It heats up very quickly and is easy to clean. I like that it will not heat up unless there is compatible cookware on the surface. No accidental heating. I do NOT like that the "griddle zone" does not heat up between the burners (like I thought when I bought it). That would really make a great griddle cooking area. Instead, I have 2 hot spots on my griddle. I am disappointed that the air fry rack (shown in the instructions) is not included or even available to buy as an accessory on the website. Where do I get it? I also suspect (but haven't tested) that the range of the set oven temperature is too wide; the temperature goes too low and too high. I raised the temperature a few degrees during baking and it it showed "preheating" from a temperature about 50 degrees lower than my setting. I've had to bake everything a few minutes longer than usual.

Not as great as I hoped for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife doesn't like it because there is too much dead space in the front, causing you to have to lean over the stove too much. The baking does not seem even when baking a cake, one side is more done than the other, even when preheating. Controls for the stove are in the front on top of the glass. I like the controls in a dial rather than this.

Great stove but need layman’s operating directions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This induction range looks and works great but installation and learning how to use it was a big challenge. Because the paperwork they provided didn’t have any directions in how to turn it on to operate it. We almost returned it because itwe couldn’t get it to work but I googled it and after a lot of digging I got some information on how to actually use the control board. Wr short term rent the house so it’s frustrating to guest s and I still can’t consistently turn the oven on. But I like it because it conserves energy and runs in electricity and we have solar so we don’t pollute with gas with this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new home came with a gas stove. I wanted a induction stove. My builder agreed to swap it out for the whirlpool induction. I love it! Very easy to use & cooks great. I will never go back to electric or gas. Love that it boils water so fast & cools off in just a minute.
I would recommend this to a friend!
