nice range hampered by spotty control buttons

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] frustrating and awkward control buttons that sometimes work and sometimes don't, and respond inconsistently diminish an otherwise great range. Oven heats quickly, airfry is great, and everything is well laid out but the buttons sometimes respond to a gentle touch and other times need to be pressed hard or in a very specific spot to work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Product!

Bought in April 2024. The induction top is great! We have 3 children, you can’t turn the burners on without an induction ready pan/pot on them and the top doesn’t stay hot very long after the pan is removed. With the boost mode, you can boil a large pot of water in less than 3 minutes. The oven is good, not really sure what the difference is between convection and air fry, but I wouldn’t say it air fries like a traditional air fryer, then again it’s an oven… not an air fryer.
Overall, this is a solid appliance. No regrets, would definitely buy again and recommend to anyone, especially those with kids. Whirlpool has proven to be a solid brand in our home.

Easy to use and works perfectly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this range for a week now and it is awesome! The oven bakes everything so much better than my electric stove did. The only gripe I have is I wish there was a dual size burner option so I could have two large burners going at the same time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this a week and it is an amazing range it's energy saver which I love induction heats up fast air fryer in oven is great addition there's nothing I do not like about its performance if I had any reservations it's the drawer at bottom is to small for my pots but I'm still ok cause this is an amazing range

Good but would like a timer for hobs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] very nice replacement for full electric range. We have been using induction for several years but having 4 hobs instead of two is great. As stated, a timer would be nice for hobs. Also, better operator instructions would be a good addition.

We are new to the induction oven, the aqua cleaning, and the touch top for the range, It is a lot of miss and try to operate. As senior citizens, it would have been a smoother learning process with the 1-2-3 steps.

Bad experience! Touch screen not working!

That night the buttons on the oven were very slow to respond… By the next day they would not respond at all. Technician came out and said it was broken and needed new parts. Whirlpool told h it was one part … turns out that was the wrong part. Bottom line, I have had a brand new range/oven. For two weeks and cannot use it! Whirlpool will not tell me when the parts will come in…. Give me a new oven or my money back please!!!
