Good excepting for instructions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only been using the range for about a week. It was challenging to learn how to operate the burner’s. I couldn’t find an operator’s manual anywhere in the literature that came with it or on the internet. I only figured out how to start the burners by experimenting with the buttons. It would be a simple thing to explain in the manual what the order of operations is for the cook top.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] very nice replacement for full electric range. We have been using induction for several years but having 4 hobs instead of two is great. As stated, a timer would be nice for hobs. Also, better operator instructions would be a good addition.
I would recommend this to a friend!

BROKE DOWN CURRENTLY, AND LESS THAN 30 DAYS OLD

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this less than a month ago and the large cooktop eye has already quit working. Also, the oven temperature is over 100 degrees off. To bake at 350 degrees, you have to set the oven at around 450. This junk stove sure ruined Christmas dinner for us. I guess we’ll have to get the repair guy out now, hopefully Whirlpool warranty process won’t be too bad, we should be given a whole new stove in place of this one but I’m sure they’ll just say “that’s not our policy “. Avoid this cook stove like the plague.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No Manual - FAIL!
on May 22, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the actual operation is quite good, I am VERY disappointed in the lack of user documentation. Every other time i have bought a major appliance (Frigidare, LG, for instance), it has come with an instruction book. This range has only one page for the stovetop and the oven combined. The page has such a lack of information that I have basically had to guess at functions and use trial and error to use the stove. So far I have only dared to try the cooktop, and have not tried any of the oven functions. A search online has not yielded any manual.

Poor instructions and not intuitive
on September 30, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the oven is fine, the cooktop is extremely difficult to operate. The instructions that come with the appliance go into detail for the oven, but there is virtually nothing about the cooktop - and it is not intuitive. We still haven't been able to figure out how to lower a burner from boil to simmer, and have to resort to moving the pot of boiling water to an adjacent burner. Your chat line was no help.
