Poor Induction Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this induction range a week ago, and I'm having trouble turning on the induction cooking feature. The instructions that come with this appliance are useless. When I press the symbol under the glass top, a red light with a zero appears. I've pressed it several times and tried to heat a pot of water, but nothing happens. After about five seconds, it shuts off. The touch controls are very frustrating; I can't even heat a pan of water! This model should have simple mechanical dials for easier and more efficient use. It seems the engineers who designed this induction range did not prioritize simplicity or intuitiveness.

Using the range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the new range once we figured out how to use it. The guide that came with the range only described how to use the oven. We found nothing describing how to use the induction cooktop. I even searched online but could not find antidote the specific model we purchased. I finally found a document from another range that described how to use the induction cooktop. It wasn’t exact so we still had to use trial and error to figure out how to use it.

nice range hampered by spotty control buttons

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] frustrating and awkward control buttons that sometimes work and sometimes don't, and respond inconsistently diminish an otherwise great range. Oven heats quickly, airfry is great, and everything is well laid out but the buttons sometimes respond to a gentle touch and other times need to be pressed hard or in a very specific spot to work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor instructions and not intuitive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the oven is fine, the cooktop is extremely difficult to operate. The instructions that come with the appliance go into detail for the oven, but there is virtually nothing about the cooktop - and it is not intuitive. We still haven't been able to figure out how to lower a burner from boil to simmer, and have to resort to moving the pot of boiling water to an adjacent burner. Your chat line was no help.
