[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do like my new range, however, it would have been very nice to receive an operations manual. We are new to the induction oven, the aqua cleaning, and the touch top for the range, It is a lot of miss and try to operate. As senior citizens, it would have been a smoother learning process with the 1-2-3 steps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased, it worked very well, very fast. I’m still giving it 5 stars despite a few short comings. There is NO user guide. So it’s a semi steep learning curve. But we did figure it out with trail and error. And the oven only has two shelves. I had to go to parts and buy a third.

Bad experience! Touch screen not working!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought local, it worked when the technician left . That night the buttons on the oven were very slow to respond… By the next day they would not respond at all. Technician came out and said it was broken and needed new parts. Whirlpool told h it was one part … turns out that was the wrong part. Bottom line, I have had a brand new range/oven. For two weeks and cannot use it! Whirlpool will not tell me when the parts will come in…. Give me a new oven or my money back please!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Instant heat!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had one week! Steep learning curve ( especially since NO print start up materials came with it!) Love the instant stove top heat! Would have liked a fifth burner and handle on the bottom storage drawer.
