Finger prints

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] During installation (I assume) no care was taken about finger prints, therefore I am stuck with the job of cleaning them off…I have tried a dry soft cloth & a wet one (w/o any cleaning solution) and they are still there..any recommendations?

The chimney is flimsy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] HI, it came with our home, we were hoping for a wood hood, honestly. The hood is fine but the chimney is very flimsy and does not go all the way to the top so they added metal to make it work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hood Vent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Moved into a new build house end of May and this vent was included in the build. No issues. I like the lights that are up front which illuminate my cook area. I once had a range hood with lights in the back which did nothing to illuminate your cook area, so I am thrilled that this one has them up front where they are useful.
