Minimal protection

I love how this case looks and feels, but its performance and protection is terrible.
My screen protector cracked by the camera button 5 minutes after I put the case on because it fell between my car seat and console. I replaced the screen protector the next day and it was fine for a week until I dropped it 1ft on the ground and it cracked the screen protector and ripped the leather material in the corner. I don’t drop my phone very often but my screen protector cracks EVERYTIME. My case is now shredded on all 4 corners after 6 months of use and I’ve replaced my screen protector probably 7 times. The missing coverage around the camera button is definitely a problem, the sides are almost flush with my screen protector and the material is not durable. I’m switching to a plastic symmetry case since I had great experiences with them previously.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
