[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I downsized from a 17" Dell Laptop to the 14.5" Slim 7X and love it! The display is brilliant, and the laptop is so much lighter and slimmer; even though I have twice as much storage. The battery lasts much longer and makes it easy to use anywhere /any time. I have not tried the Co-pilot feature yet, but plan to soon. So far, this laptop is perfect.

The laptop itself is fine. Pretty sleek. Quiet keyboard. Fast processing. But the extra features make it so irritating to use. I had to sign up for a Microsoft email just to start using it. It prompts you with so many extra free trials before you can even navigate anywhere. Have to turn off so many “helpful” features and ads just to use the internet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Creaking on the right side by the camera switch whenever you lift it. Creaking noise by the left side, can't identify where exactly. Other than that no issues so far. 4.8 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful laptop, thin, light, great performance and battery life combination. There are a few annoyances because of Snapdragon (printer drivers for instance), but nothing insurmountable. Unless you need gaming or video editing (which laptop is NOT a good fit for), I would highly recommend for professionals, students or anyone else who need a great laptop. Build quality is exceptional for the price too. I read about touchpad issues in reviews but I haven't run into anything materials (note that I tap to click and do not use click on touch pads).

It is light and well made.It does occasionally require a full reboot because the camera locks up and there seems to be a few minor Windows Qualcomm incompatibilities. For productivity use most software is available and working. The finish is disappointing because scratches appear very easily.

The battery is great, the face unlock for passwords/login is the FASTEST I've ever used, the keyboard and feel of the laptop is somewhat luxurious. I am not sure I'd change anything!
