There is a huge gap over the camera control button where the screen is completely exposed with NO protection. Within, two weeks, my daughter’s phone had a huge chip in the screen protector in this area. Hoped the phone screen isn’t actually damaged. This design is horrible, and I have been an Otterbox only phone case purchased for over 20 years.

The case is too clunky and thick, and the cut out area near the new camera button is just flat out ugly. I returned and picked out a different case that didn’t look like someone took a bite out of it

I have had the phone 2 months and the back has cracked. I have 3 kiddos 9 and under so I went with the defender for safety. I have always used life proof/otter box and never broken a phone before.

The capture cutout is too big. I’m constantly dropping my phone due to avoiding the cutout. The case can only be put on to the belt clip one side because now there is no room on the other side of the case for clip on.

Lavender colored case stained easily. Don’t like cutout for camera buttons, it exposes the screen and feels like it may experience damage. Also won’t clip into my tripod holder properly because of the cutout. Magnetic strip already fell off. Always been an Otterbox fan til now.

Great case with one major flaw. This case protects ALMOST all of the front of the iPhone 16 pro. It is missing a section of screen on the front of the case where the new camera control is. I have had to replace 4 screen protectors because the case does NOT protect that one area of the phones front glass, it doe protect the back glass in that spot. I am not happy about this and this flaw will force me into searching out alternatives. The case design on the back is printed on the outside of the clear plastic and has scratched off a decent chunk of the print, could have printed this on the inside of the plastic on the back to protect the rather cool design.
