As a mom who adopted my daughter from China, our family has made it a tradition to build a LEGO Spring Festival set every year. Each creation becomes a cherished memory, representing another year of love, growth, and honoring her heritage. We always save our past sets, and one day, my daughter will pass them on to her own children—a tangible reminder of her early days in the U.S. and the traditions we built together.
This year, we are a little late in getting started, but for good reason—I was thrilled to receive this set as a complimentary gift from Influenster! Since I knew it was on its way, I held off on purchasing one, but as the saying goes, better late than never!
We haven’t put it together yet, but we can already tell this will be a stunning build. The traditional Chinese architecture, vibrant red and gold color scheme, and symbolic elements make it a perfect centerpiece for our home. The set includes lanterns, food stalls, firecrackers, and adorable minifigures in festive attire, all of which will bring the joy and energy of a Spring Festival celebration to life once assembled.
We are especially excited to build the beautiful bonsai tree and lucky decorations, which symbolize prosperity and happiness. The intricate design of the pavilion and the lucky koi fish will add an authentic touch, making this set a wonderful way to keep my daughter’s Chinese heritage alive in a fun and engaging way.
The building experience will be just as special as the finished product! LEGO always delivers with high-quality pieces, clear instructions, and fun surprises along the way. I can’t wait to sit down with my daughter and create something that will not only look amazing but will also connect us to her roots in a hands-on, meaningful way.

Very cool Lego set
