Influencer Review: LEGO Mateo & Z-Blob the Robot – A Dream Come True!
Okay LEGO fans – you have to check out the LEGO DREAMZzz Mateo and Z-Blob the Robot set! I finally got my hands on it, and let me tell you… it’s a total blast.
From the moment you open the box, it’s a full-on creative adventure. You get Mateo, our super cool and imaginative dreamer, plus his sidekick Z-Blob, who transforms into this wild mech robot. The build is smooth and really fun – not too complex but detailed enough to keep you locked in.
What I love most? The customization! You can build Z-Blob two different ways – a robot suit or a flying hover bike version. It’s giving major choose your own adventure vibes, and kids (and adults) will love the flexibility. Plus, the design is so funky and dream-world inspired. Totally different from other LEGO sets – it’s like you’re inside a cartoon or fantasy game!
If you’re into storytelling, unique builds, or just love adding a quirky, vibrant piece to your LEGO shelf, this one is a must-have. Z-Blob is the star, and Mateo brings the heart.

Fun for adults too !

This one adds so much ability to play with the created Lego piece.
This this particular one is hours of fun and is well suited for eight and above.
But I do have to admit an adult with love to put this one together as well.
I will be looking to pick up more of these in the future.

Really Fun Build with Options!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, I have to say how much I like the design and colors of this Lego set. It has so many great angles. I feel like they missed an opportunity with the back of the first bike however, it seems a little unfinished compared to the rest of the amazing details in the rest of the build. I really like that you can build one of two different bikes depending on which design you like best. I opted for the first bike version because it’s so unique looking. I spent about one and a half hours building the first bike. I took my time and enjoyed the process, so if you are a fast builder, you can do it in a lot less time. I also like that if you want to build the second bike that the main body stays the same, so you don’t have to start from scratch. However, you do have to take apart the parts that make the first bike to make the second version. I loved the use of so many different Lego pieces and different molds, it was really fun to build. Will look great on display or for play.
