This was an amazing build by LEGO. To make it over the top, there should be a loop recording for each station. This way you can display it and have it continuously playing an old fashioned Radio Show. That would be SUPER COOL!

Wife got me this as a gift since I restore antique radios. Clever idea, and the mechanisms to move the tuning dial and operate the sound brick are impressive. The sound brick seemed like an afterthought though. Little random sound clips is all it does. Having the compartment for a smartphone I suppose you could find a small Bluetooth speaker to fit in there.

Its an exceptional display piece, akin to the typewriter and classic piano. The play features are incredible for a set of this price and brick count. The search feature and nobs feel real, and look the part too! Putting your phone in it is very easy and the use of parts is fun throughout. A great afternoon build with an exceptional end product. LEGO always looks better in-person, once it's been built, but this is a step above.

This radio is so cute I can't stand it. The colors and sound bite brick make me smile every time I look at it. I have the record player and the retro camera and am looking forward to more of this type of build. Who would have thought that at my age (77) I could find so much fun in legos!!!!

Very cute build. I’m very happy I finally purchased it, after having it on my wish list for a long time. It was frustrating at times trying to get certain components to fit together and work, but it all came together in the end. It’s very cool with the sound brick, and option to put your phone or a blue tooth speaker. I love this little build!! Get it before it’s too late.
