Fun Retro Design

Loved building this one. The overall look is great and reminds you of the old transistor radios from years ago. The sound brick with the audio clips was a fun extra with the radio, and the ability to pop my phone in and use it as a radio to play music is an added bonus. It looks great displayed on your shelf too.
It would have been great, however, that in addition to the sound brick if there was a blue tooth compatible brick that you could add to the set (or included even better) that you could just play music remotely through the device.
I saw one person put their echo dot devise inside theirs and I love that idea as well.
Don't miss this one, you will be sorry you did!

This is an iconic set. It's beautiful and such a classic. The music brick is great! Pop my phone right in and its like an actual radio! It goes very well with my type writter and Polaroid camera sets.

Fun Retro Radio!

This build was challenging and rewarding for my 14 year old daughter. Once she opened the box, she didn't stop until the radio was finished! She was looking for a more challenging piece to build and was very heppy with this complexity and excited with the final product. She loves that you can also put your phone in the radio and play music through it. Highly recommend!

I love this Lego set. It is one of my favorite Lego Icons set. I am super surprised that the radio works. It is a really cool Lego set.

The fun surpasses just building for this one as the radio has this little box huh put in at the end and it makes different noises when you “change the station” it’s so cool!

Fun but not so easy

I bought this and built it completely and tried using it but it didn't work. So I tried to fix it but it kept falling apart from the inside as I was doing that so the only thing I could do was take it apart and start from the beginning so hopefully starting over should be better and it works in the end.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had just finished building this set and the set in whole very much wowed me in both features and techniques for building.
Especially with the feature that allows your phone to be utilized, which I have to give kudos to the designers for this.
It also is well done as it's neither too heavy, nor too light.
I do have to say the price is a tiny bit much (Not even 1%) but it makes sense with the sound brick
Overall, I'd have to give this a 5/5 due to the techniques, features, sturdiness, and even the Easter Eggs with the sound brick itself once pressed (Which I won't spoil)
