Good execution of a niche idea.

Probably the second best ship in the midi-scale line, which has been a perfect way to implement more niche sets that wouldn’t do well as a playscale or UCS. In legends, the Mon-Cala cruisers were an art form, built to be unique from each other and a visual spectacle, and Lego captures that real well in this set. In some ways it looks better than it does in the movies. The frigate to the side looks solid as well. Pricing is rough on these sets though, and I feel like they could use a minifig to the side like the planet sets did back in the day, but that’s just nitpicking. Good for what it is as advertised. Can’t wait to build some shelves to display this thing, and looking forward to what this sub-theme brings to Star Wars in the future

This was a great gift for my husband- I always try to find LEGO sets that will keep him busy for a while, and this one is intricate enough to do just that. This is a great gift for the Star Wars fiend in your life! I received this for free in exchange for my review, but I think it’s a great value for a 559 piece set from the Star Wars franchise, and I would have bought it myself.

Awesome family project!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this product today, and the assembly is going to take a bit. It's durable and entertaining but has a lot of pieces. Definitely, a project is sage for kids, I think, over 7 as there are many small pieces. Overall, I was happy with it because it gives myself and my 11 year old something to do together.

Fun to build

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great mini ship set. There are a good number of pieces to keep the you busy for a bit. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, like most Lego sets. My son who is a more experienced Lego builder, was able to finish it in just about two hours, but the time may vary depending on your skill level. Overall it’s a great set and really enjoyed building it.

Fun and Nostalgic Starcruiser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a great Star Wars Lego set to get for the ultimate fan or youngster in your life! It is easy to put together and has loads of nostalgic touches. My son loves that it has a see through passageway that gives you a peek into the Starcruiser. It comes with its own stand, so it is easy to display, and has lots of extra pieces just in case you lose one. It also doesn’t take up loads of space, so he’s planning on displaying it in his wall shelf in his room.
