[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It seems to be a good purchase but asking for reviews when I have barely had the appliance is not helpful. I am having a hard time getting the bulb out underneath the microwave as it just will not budge. I have worked with many units all my life so this is frustrating.

The microwave itself was quite easy to install and works quite well. I do wish that it had the ability to turn off the energy savings mode so that the clock stayed on all the time.

The flush handle is great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does exactly what a microwave should—heats evenly, the end tone isn't obnoxious, and the exterior wipes clean easily with dish soap. The recessed handle (just a divot in the door) means no awkward bar to clean around. Small detail, big difference.
