The clock will not display the time for more than 5 Minutes

Hi there! Thank you for reaching out about the clock display on your Frigidaire microwave model FMOS1746BS. We understand how it can be a bit confusing when the clock doesn’t stay on all the time.
By default, this model includes a power save feature that automatically turns the clock display off after a few minutes of inactivity to save energy. That’s why the clock may only show for about 5 minutes before going dark.
If you’d like the clock to stay on continuously, you can disable the power save (sometimes called the energy saver) feature. Instructions for turning off this feature can be found in the user manual for your specific model.
In the meantime, to see the time before disabling power save, simply press the "Clock" button or open the microwave door — either action will bring the clock display back on.

Good Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sadly, my previous Frigidaire model is no longer available. However, this one fit exactly with the existing space and bracket. It works well and has some different features. One that I like, is the popcorn button takes way less time to pop. The "handle" is a dip on the bottom rather than a long exterior handle. Still getting used to it, but it works great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great. Two minor drawbacks. The inside light is much dimmer than our previous Frigidaire microwave. And there doesn't seem to be a way to keep the clock displayed. It goes blank after several seconds, though I've tried a few things I read online to keep it displayed. Nothing has worked.

Perfect for our needs!
