Great product. Poor registration process.

I like my ZenWifi AX devices that I bought roughly two years ago. I bought the ZenWifi BQ16 PROs to add to my home network mesh. Adding in the two new devices was slow going to add additional mesh devices (old AXs) and one device repeatedly failed to connect. I ended up shutting down the app multiple times.
Registering the devices was another problem. When asked to input the serial number, the website and app tells you to locate the serial number on the bottom of the device. Inputting this number will repeatedly tell you that is incorrect. After some sleuthing on the internet I learned from a reddit account that you need the serial number from the box that is for the bundle. This was not clearly communicated in any materials that came with the device.
