I am unable to use the device, it detects several networks but states that it cannot connect to every network tried after stalling for a moment. I am also unable to find necessary support for the device since my problem is not listed in the FAQ, and the "registered device" support is a link to the FAQ page.

I'm tempted to give this a 5 star rating because it's working really well for me. My download and upload wi-fi speeds are about 40% faster than when using my laptops built in 802.11ac adapter.
I've knocked off one star for two reasons:
1. For some reason it only "sees" two of the three networks broadcast by my tri-band router. Fortunately it sees and can connect to the 2.5GHz network and the lower channels 5Ghz-1 network, but can't see or connect to the higher channels, 5GHz-2 network. No problem for me, as I just connect to the 5GHz-1 network, but it does make me wonder if some people won't be able to see the network they want to connect to.
2. I really wish there was a Windows 7 driver available, as this would be great for an older Windows 7 - 802.11n laptop I use sometimes.
If you're looking for an adapter like this I'd recommend giving this one a shot, but I'd buy from somewhere with a good return policy, in case it doesn't work with your network.

Good reception; Neat look. Only, Windows 10 Pro won't boot up properly recognizing the AX56 as a storage device - says: "Remove disk and press any key to continue."
