Rep seemed unknowable about TPM or fTPM on my A16

I just bought a ASUS A16 TUF Gaming laptop FA608UM with the AMD Ryzen 7 that I have not been able to enable the fTPM on. There is not a setting in the Advanced tab of the UEFI for the fTPM or TPM. When I called support the didn't seem to know about either and my issue remains unresolved.
