Step into adventure with your little ones

I'm a huge fan of books. my kids watch me read all the time. and at night they read with me. this allows multiple readers so they can save their spot and their siblings can read other books and have their places saved too. it's such a great way to keep reading ongoing. it comes with the subscription and when the subscription ends you can rent library books on e reader and listen to audiobooks on this. this is my favorite and I will always push reading. #books #booklovers #kidsreading #helpingreaders #story #lovebooks #literacymatters #favoritebook

Packs a punch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 9 year old daughter and I absolutely love this Kindle! Linking this to my Amazon account was pretty quick & painless, and after a few YouTube searches, we learned all of the capabilities and tricks to optimize our experience using it. I simply love the animation feature that allows pages to turn like real book pages. We charged it and after a solid week of use, we still have at least 50% battery left. My daughter has been on a graphic novel bender, and although available, my daughter has been more interested in all of the other offerings Kindle/Amazon have, such as the Harry Potter series and all extras. We both love the function that hilights words & allows you to search their meaning. The parental controls were super easy to navigate, and very straightforward. It’s quite nice not having to worry about games, or web browsing since this is specifically designed for just reading. But my daughter is obsessed with it and reaches for it all free moments of her day. She was already a heavy reader, but this has turned her into a voracious reader.
Excellent battery life, lightweight, lovely cover to protect it, no glare, and easy to use are all of my pros. My only con is at times it seems a little glitchy when you’re selecting choices through the menu, or searching for a new book. It’s as though the processor doesn’t have the capacity to work as quickly as the user intends. Hopefully an update, or future model can rectify this - otherwise, I overall love it and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reading tablet.

Perfect for kids!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Kindle Paperwhite Kids has been a total game-changer for us! My daughter used to dread bedtime stories, but now she actually looks forward to it. We got her the one with the fun, colorful cover and she loves it.
The best part? She's been listening to audiobooks all through dinner! No more whining about not wanting to eat – she's so engrossed in the stories. It's actually made mealtimes way less stressful. Plus, the battery life is amazing. We charged it once and it's still going strong. It’s very easy to read and see the words on the screen. It’s so small that it will fit perfectly in her backpack for after school trips home on the bus.
I know some people might think it's too much screen time, but honestly, it's encouraging her imagination in a way that just reading aloud wasn't. Highly recommend!

Additionally, the access to a wide range of books is a huge plus. We found all of our favorite titles, and my child has already started enjoying reading even more.

Great reading device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Blown away by this tiny product! I love that it has an adjustable backlight and you can also adjust warmth. It's a little heavier than a previous model I own but it feels durable. I love that it has Amazon kids on it so I can control what my kids gave access to on the device.
