Strap is broken / loose

The strap was fine but the actual clasp was very loose and constantly came off. One part of the clasp came off when it was stored away in the car and now lost - i can no longer wear the whoop.

It looks good and is comfortable but air doesn’t really go through it, so the skin uder it can get quite wet

Rubs skin bad! Turned into a sore from where water got into the band and rubbed on skin! Wouldn’t recommend.
