Great looking band

It’s a great looking band, but unfortunately the clasp is loose n often opens up. I’ve replaced it with a new band and saw the same issue. Often when I play football, and there’s a small contact, the band is on the floor.

It broke 1 month after use. I bought a non whoop band at a fraction of the cost, and it's much more robust and has lasted me a lot longer.

It’s okay

The band unties itself from time to time when I’m doing activities
and I have to alternate wrists because the mix of rubber and I’m guessing sweat/water irritates my skin.
(I wash my whoop with soap everytime I shower and dry it completely before putting it back on, don’t worry)

Broken already after 3 month usage

Very bad experience with this band. Also filed a complaint that you rejected. This is what I wrote to you in an email back in Oct 2024: 'I have now used this band/strap in only 3 months. It is the joint between the two silicone parts (the one you loosen to change the size of the band) is almost falling apart. It seems like the part where the joint is attached to the silicon band, is a weak spot. It was not any specific occasion/accident that caused the damage. My usage is normal, and I change usage of this between 3 other WHOOP bands.'

From the moment I first used it, it became apparent that this band was not made to become sweaty. Constantly slipping up and down and needing readjusting. Used it one time only

Good band bad timing

The new band arrived only a few days before the new whoop came out. I could only use it for a few weeks. One should be advised against buying accessories when the main product is soon to be replaced.
