Plastic clasp/pin/clip falls easily

I bought the product less than a month ago and the plastic clasp that attaches the strap is already loose. Looking for the origin of the problem, I see that the clasp is fixed to the strap by means of small rubber bands that break easily. I don't do contact or extreme sports.

Band Broke Within One Month

Was so excited for this band to come out since I got the cloth band so dirty and worn within a few months, but unfortunately this new band didn’t live up to my expectations. The rubber surrounding the metal clasp broke within a month of use. You can’t wear the band without that piece making the band useless. Thankfully, Whoop replaced the band but I hope they redesign this issue. Having the silicone option is really nice, but it need to be made more durable.

Irritates and fits awkwardly

The benefit of the whoop staying on your body and tracking everything is suppressed somewhat as the band doesn’t fit as well as the original band. It can’t be adjusted to the same level so fits me quite tight and, because of its material, causes irritation to my skin.

Don’t use it for surfing

I really like the idea behind this band. But when I tried to use it for surfing. it felt off on my first wipeout and I lost my whoop.
Small 3-4ft surf, too.

Love the idea, but poor design

Unfortunately the strap closure that holds the two sides of the bands together is coming apart after <2 months.

Fits okay on a small wrist. Not nearly as adjustable as the other bands. Water gets stuck beneath it and starts to make the skin sweat and smell
