The metal clip in the band and the “hole” where it’s attached goes wide and then your band drops

Not good enough

Considering the price, the heart rate tracking is far too poor. It works fine if you're running on a treadmill, but for everything else it's very inaccurate and gives incorrect readings. This in turn affects the strain calculation, which then leads to incorrect recovery estimates.
When I contacted support, they simply denied everything.

Lacks practical use.

While the strap has an appealing design, it lacks practical functionality. I frequently wake up to find that my sleep data hasn’t been recorded, likely due to the strap’s inadequate sizing options for my wrist. Tightening it by one buckle restricts blood flow, while the current fit is too loose to capture accurate data consistently, especially during sleep.

More than disappointing

After several weeks of daily use, I can confidently say the Whoop Force SportFlex Band has been a disappointing experience compared to previous Whoop bands.
Firstly, the material seems to attract and retain dirt more than any other watch band I’ve worn. Even with regular cleaning, it quickly looks grimy, which is frustrating for something designed to be worn 24/7. More concerning, though, is that it’s caused noticeable skin irritation – something I’ve never had with any other band, including older Whoop models.
Functionally, it’s also fallen short. The clasp has unexpectedly come undone twice from simple knocks – a problem I never had with the older version. That kind of failure undermines the whole point of an all-day fitness tracker. Additionally, the pin holders that secure the band to the device seem to bend easily, making it feel less secure overall.
In short, while the design may look sleek on the surface, the durability, comfort, and reliability of the SportFlex Band are well below expectations – especially for a premium fitness accessory.
