Comfortable but needs improvement…

I was very excited when the new band was released as I’ve been waiting for this kind of material band for quite some time. I bought it immediately. After only having it for almost a month, it is already failing. I do not shower in it and never use the snap on the strap to take it off, I use the clip. The snap is no longer holding in place as it is outstretched and the snapping device is no longer part of the band. I do love everything about this band besides the snap deceive. It now continues to unhook and I constantly have to put it back. I hope you will find a solution to this problem as the band material itself is extremely comfy just not the adjustable piece is lacking.

Cheap product. Not durable.

This product is garbage. The part that clips to the band is held together with very thin rubber threads. Mine broke in less than 2 months and it’s not reparable. Very disappointing.

The metal that connects the monitor to the strap constantly comes apart. The slide mechanism is loose and frequently slides out when taking off

Band broke within two weeks

The notch that holds the band together broke after two weeks. Terrible product . I’m having to keep it together using a zip tie

I love the look, design and style of the band. Unfortunately, every time I wear it I get a rash on my wrist, but also, the weird thing is that it only happens in the white part of the band where you adjust it. In the picture you can see what I’m talking about. P.S I had already switched bands when I took the photo.

Love that I can sweat, swim & shower without having a stinky band or having to take my whoop off. I’ve been waiting for this one and it did not disappoint!
