Love the idea, but poor design

Unfortunately the strap closure that holds the two sides of the bands together is coming apart after <2 months.

Unfortunately my husband wore this for just one week and already the band is broken. I’m currently trying to get in touch with customer service now.

Band was great. Especially for exercising and golf. But, the band strap broke. Specially the clasp part portion. This was purchased 6/8/2024. Please advise.

I love it. It doesn’t get stinky. But it just fell apart. Things happen and I am confident it will be replaced shortly. I just have to figure out how to get support now 😂

I like the concept but it severely lacks durability

Similar to all the other low reviews, my sport band broke in the same manner as all the others after normal usage. The metal stud that you use to change the size broke apart from it's original piece at the small silicon joinings. It's ironic because it stays very secure in the end that it's not fused to. I was happy with it's performance otherwise, hope they fix the durability issues, especially at the high price point they are charging.

Did not last long...

The product was great while it lasted. I was able to use it about 3 months before it broke... Really disappointing especially given how expensive it was. I don't recommend purchasing this until they make serious changes to the design.
