The band won’t stay on and broke I had to super glue it for it too stay

I got a terrible rash. It’s impossibly hard to put on. And then, somehow, I broke it. This was clearly not tested enough internal.

Really like this band upgrade. It doesn’t shift around like the cloth ones that come with the whoop device.

I was so excited when I saw the silicon sportflex band and ordered it as soon as it became available. I am very disappointed in the reality of the band. I’ve had it for two weeks and it’s already broken at the clasp. (See pics). My Whoop won’t charge with this band on. It’s aLao either too tight or too loose. It constantly falls down my wrist during double unders or if I tighten it becomes painful from the pressure. I contacted customer service for a refund and am waiting to hear what they say. There are four other people in my gym who also have this band and they all hate it. This was a big miss by Whoop. It need redesigned in a higher quality.
