Band looks good but has a permanent gap on the hinge for the clasp. Has come apart twice already. Sent messages to help but nobody has responded.

Love the idea and look but unfortunately the clasp part doesn’t hold up great and broke after a few weeks. Would recommend rebuilding that aspect but love the look and feel other than that.

Notches kept breaking support wouldn’t give refund except for cloth exchange band when we purchased the rubber for swimming specifically

This band is a terrible design. The notch that is suppose to secure the band to your wrist fell out almost immediately. This was deliver the week I left for vacation and I had to essentially tie the band around my wrist until I got back home and put another band on. I love my Whoop but do not recommend this band. Just a poor poor design.

Can't use it

It was great the first couple of days. Have been waiting for you guys to create one of these as my others have smelled and got sweaty easy obviously because of the materials. It became hard to keep on and I now have lost the tab that connects the straps.

The Sportflex is the solution Ive been waiting for. With the knit bands, it's like sweat and such is retained, even after washing and doing my best to dry them. And after awhile, they inherently smelled. Because sportflex isn't fabric, it's a non-issue!The two downsides are:1) remembering to switch out my band for every workout - it's a pain. Why no wear sport flex constantly? Since it doesn't breath, I'm always sweaty wearing it. It also looks very masculine and I'm not a bro about to hit the gym any minute.2) you size the band by threading a button through a hole. Trying to do it one-handed is a feat, and if it's not sized tight, it slips and slides during active wear (unbreathable = sweat galore). Let me save you the trouble with this tip -> size the band and count the hole it needs to be on. Thread it off body. Then put it on like your normal straps.

Disappointing

The function and intent of this design is great. From the silicone strap to the fastener.. but I've had this band for a month or so, and the part of the band that connects the strap together on the underside has already come undone/removed from the strap itself.. disappointed because I love the overall function of this band. It just doesn't hold together well 😔 I've tried to glue it back together but I'll just have to replace it eventually.
