I expected it to be very similiar to my previous Samsung range, but the controls are confusing and there was NO manual to accompany the stove for instructions. The very small booklet that came with the stove suggested going to the Samsung web site and "printing" out the manual. It should have come with the stove as I have no way to print it. Overall, not as pleased with this samsung as I was my previous one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

4. Consumer Preferences: Many users prefer digital access to manuals because they can quickly search for specific topics, save the manuals for later reference, and even access them on their smartphones or computers.

Good buy when on sale

Pros: Priced very reasonably for its features. SmartThings enabled is very convenient for wireless control and notifications on your TV. Airfrying works surprisingly well.
Cons: changing from one cook mode to another can be frustrating as it tends to force you to wait until the temperature drops before you can select another mode. The numeric keypad doesn't always work with the first press. Under cabinet storage is minimal.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Smart controls are useless for the most part.

It's good but the need to physically press a button to use the smart features almost makes the smart features useless. It also lost connectivity the first day and required a reset. Has not reoccurred since. Overall I should have done more research and found something with more smart smart controls. Nothing like being told to go touch your oven to start it remotely. Pretty dumb though I understand sort of why. It does feel like it could have been done with some other safeguards in place like oh it's been on for 30 mins preheating the door hasn't opened turn it off. Instead they just lock the smart control behind being near or remembering to push a button after every use. Very stupid smart controls if I'm honest.

Too loud

Broke in less than 6 months, no customer support

I purchased this Samsung range on July 1st, 2024, and just a few months later, the touchscreen completely stopped responding. When I submitted a service ticket, the technician blamed the issue on a single roach allegedly found inside the pad. This is absurd since I have professional pest control in my home and take every precaution. Even if this were true, one insect shouldn’t destroy such an expensive appliance in such a short time. Clearly, this is a design flaw, as I’ve since heard from others with similar issues. Samsung needs to step up and take accountability for selling unreliable products. I’ve been forced to eat out daily because my oven is unusable. Extremely disappointed and will not purchase Samsung appliances again.

Good oven for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this on sale and have been happy with it so far. The oven works great, however the cook top has some issues. The biggest eye has a known sensor issue so it's hard to cook on it because it goes from cold to burning everything in seconds and not turning down. Other than that, it's a great oven for the price.
