Big disappointment

Other previously owned glass top convection stoves were 5/5 My 1st Samsung stove will be my last Samsung stove. Bar tenderskeep cleaned other stoves not Samsung impossible to keep clean I want to cook not spend all my time cleaning the stove afterwards . cleaning food off the control panel is impossible the touchscreen is so sensitive the buttons activate. Stupid design cannot clean the stove . Flimsy drawer on bottom. Height adjustment plastic pieces cheap materials. I will go back to Fridgedaire Professional my last stove lasted 14 years. This Samsung will not last that long. I have had it 7 months. I’m am a serious stove7 day user.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Airfry feature

We just received our electric samsung oven yesterday. We are still trying to figure out the whole pots range set up. We previously owned a electronic Induction cooking stove top and loved it until the oven stopped working. This stove top had 5 ranges and 2 of them have a 2 in 1 feature for smaller and bigger pots, that's something to get used to. Today was my first day trying to fry chicken breast. I had the stove top at speed 5 which isn't high heat, as I thought. The first chicken I put for frying started sizzling with hot water and oil splashing everywhere ( my fault for not wiping down the chicken breath to not have any water on it) I quickly picked up the sizzling pan and right underneath it is where small flames in random spots would come up to about 1- 2 inches height started comming from the top of the stovetop. I quickly turned it off and the flames disappeared I had a panic attack!! This never happened before with my other electric stovetop oil was always gettig under my pans and notning happend. My previous one had a feature if you take off your cooking pans the surface will not burn you, this one will burn you. Did this ever happen to anyone before? Is it a defect or if it gets too hot and oil splashes on it it can catch on fire???? The top glass, not sure how to get rid of the wierd stains it looks like it has already form the first use.

To avoid oil spillover and fire, use a minimum amount of oil when shallow pan-frying and avoid cooking frozen foods that have excessive amounts of ice.
I have shared the manual to learn more about the cooktop's recommended temperature settings, using the proper cookware and protecting the cooktop; please read on pages 25-27.

Great range but loud.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great range. The oven and stove top heat up quickly and are very accurate. My one complaint is that it has some really loud beeping when heating is done and I can’t find a way to turn it off.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great features, griddle has challenges

We absolutely like all aspects of the new range. Oven is much larger than our previous range. Bake, roast, convection are great options. We only have one complaint! The stove top griddle is uneven on surface and it moves around when using it. Using a hot pad, you must hold on to it when turning or removing food 😞

Good stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this product overall.. only problem is the No preheat air fryer… tried a couple of burgers on air Fri… took longer to cook them then just frying them on the stove top… I will try homemade fries next and see how they come out…other then that it’s a great unit..
