Great but…..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a combo . Really like it but can’t give it 5 stars mostly because I can’t get it connected to my Wifi and smartthings Samsung IOT system. I have called support but they worked with me for a while and got disconnected a couple of times and I keep getting the same error every time I attempt. It seems to be a much better range than it replaced for sure. I have been in IT support for many years and bring datacenter systems online every day and can get everything I need working with my WIFI network. Just not this simple device.
I would recommend this to a friend!
